I purchased the Simply Caddy white trim garment bags to organize my 14 year old daughters dance costumes. I received my order quickly. I am giving them a 4 star rating because when I was putting costumes in them one of the zipper pulls came completely off the zipper on one of the bags. I think this was a isolated problem, the zipper end was not sewn into the seam binding. I contacted Simply Caddy and they were extremely apologetic and are sending me a new bag. I am very pleased with costumer service. I haven't used the bags at a competition yet, I hope they are durable. I really like how you can have all the extra pieces so organized for each costume. I will not have to be looking through the big dance bag for hair clips, tights, belts, earrings, etc. These are also more affordable than other brands, planning on purchasing more.
